Every scene in your work should have a purpose, and your prologue especially needs to be worth having your reader start your story from the beginning twice. While you might craft a wonderful hook that leaves your reader thirsty for answers, it may also just delay the immersive experience. It takes some time to get settled into a new universe, after all.
